What you'd be doing? * Advising private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and corporate borrowers on a wide range of financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, refinancings and recapitalisations * Working across sponsor finance, leveraged finance, project finance, corporate lending, liability management and restructuring matters, with exposure to both private equity-backed and public company transactions * Supporting clients through complex capital structure transactions, including debt exchanges, amendments and extensions, Chapter 11 proceedings, DIP financings and exit financings * Take ownership of key components of transactions, including drafting and negotiating financing documents, managing deal execution and running discrete workstreams with clients, lenders and opposing counsel Overall, you'll build a book of business with V5 clientele, within a platform that offers varied work without obstructing your route to equity.
